This hotel exceeded my expectations. The spa facilities were exceptional with multiple saunas, a Jacuzzi, and a beautiful relaxation area. The cuisine was exquisite, with a breakfast buffet that catered to all tastes and fresh ingredients. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to multiple mountains. The staff was outstanding with friendly and welcoming service, who made us feel at home.
The rooms were a bit cramped and the absence of a tea kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience. However, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it, making our city break a memorable and relaxing experience.

Had a wonderful white Xmas experience. the welcoming staff made it feel like a home away from home. the meals were delicious and included in the room rate. the hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the cable car and an easy 45-minute drive from Salzburg. loved the festive celebrations on Xmas Eve.
The noise from the outside bar area and pool was a bit disturbing in summer. Another downside was that the room rate did not include alcohol or coffee, but these were available at very affordable prices.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They even remembered our preferences from day to day, which was a nice touch. The location is superb, just across the street from the gondola to the ski lift, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The room was well-equipped and had a lovely view. The spa facilities were top-notch, with both indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel location is convenient for skiing as it is near the gondola. the village is lovely with beautiful outdoor and indoor pools. Breakfast was served hot with sufficient options. the hotel room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds.
Regrettably, there is an issue with the use of the spa area: guests must be nude, which may make some feel uncomfortable.

We loved the hotel facilities, with its large spa area and indoor/outdoor pool. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and eager to help. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the slope and opposite the ski lift, giving easy access to the 7 mountains for skiing.
